As a Library Volunteer, you’ll play an essential role in enhancing the library experience for patrons, supporting literacy, and fostering a love for learning. No previous experience is necessary, as training will be provided to help you flourish in your role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist library staff with shelving books, maintaining collections, and organizing displays
- Help patrons locate and use library resources
- Support library events, such as workshops, storytimes, and community outreach programs
- Promote the library’s services and programs to the community
