Are you an avid reader, a community-minded individual, or looking to give back to your local community? The Friends of Myrtle Creek Library is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic volunteers to join our vibrant team!

As a Library Volunteer, you’ll play an essential role in enhancing the library experience for patrons, supporting literacy, and fostering a love for learning. No previous experience is necessary, as training will be provided to help you flourish in your role.

Key Responsibilities:

– Assist library staff with shelving books, maintaining collections, and organizing displays
– Help patrons locate and use library resources
– Support library events, such as workshops, storytimes, and community outreach programs
– Promote the library’s services and programs to the community
