Classes for youth ages 9 through 12 will be held from 10 a.m.-12 p.m. June 18 through 20.
Former Simpsons artist Carlos Nieto III will teach a comprehensive, step-by-step program in which participants create and modify an anime character from scratch. Anime is a type of art that originated in Japan and is often adapted from Japanese comics called manga. Nieto will teach three classes daily. All sessions will be free and last two hours. Participants may attend only one session.
